Everyone was critical of me because in my prior comments about this issue i chose to be bias against police for pre-determination that it was bath salts.
Its like I have been saying and believe in which is:
People are to quick to rush to judgement and charge out with pitch forks and torches.
This issue reminds me of the Ephedra out-lash. But the fact that remained after banning ephedra, is that football kids continued to die without ingesting ephedra.
The problem people that seems to plague their minds, is that they still haven't learned not be sucked into the chicken little effect or learned the ill effects of the old witch hunt.
Perhaps, the bigger problem that is evident by this story, is that police are being judgmental and are creating hysteria - in this case it is with bath salts.
But in doing so, the police are using their position and ignorance for self serving purposes.
The question is if Bath Salts are evil and should be illegal.
Personally, i don't use bath salts and don't plan to.
But I think that people will use whatever it takes to get "high". And simply banning bath salts is not the solution because something will be invented to replace it and then we will all regret it.
Its an interesting dilemma, because such a philosophy also applies to the undertaking of removing leaders and monarchies from Islamic Countries. If they do and we allow it, Muslims will put into place their Supreme Leader and subsequently there can be no democracy. Look at what happened to Iran and the democratic vote for a new leader. The vote of the people was out voted by the Supreme Leader.
